Our state of the art, carrier class data center is
8,000 sq/ft. of raised floor, and is located on Wilshire
Blvd. in downtown Los Angeles, CA. This physical location
provides us with the ultimate scalability because
major fiber carriers run directly down what's known
as the "Wilshire corridor" in Los Angeles.
We can easily obtain a virtually unlimited capacity
of Internet connectivity to this location at any given
time. Our location includes a covered loading dock
and secure parking. We are just minutes from the 10,
101, 110, 405 freeways.

Internet Connectivity
Our fully redundant, multi-homed network provides
fast, reliable, scalable internet connectivity with
99.99% uptime guaranteed. We have direct, redundant
fiber-optic connections to Mzima
Networks and Cogent
Communications. Mzima's national network
utilizes multiple Tier-1 carriers such as Level3,
Savvis,
and Telia,
in addition to extensive local peering with hundreds
of major ISP's. Our network traffic is managed by
Cisco
routers and switches.
Currently we maintain 2 x 10 Gigabit fiber-optic connections
to the Internet via redundant fiber providers which
also have diverse physical points of entry into our
building and facility.
Redundant Systems
Our fault tolerant systems are built with N+1
redundancy to avoid any disruption of our service
delivery. Redundant Liebert temperature control systems,
Uninterruptable Power Supply, private generator backup,
raised flooring and smoke & fire detection systems
all ensure that equipment resides in the optimal environment
required to keep them available 24x7x365.
Continuous Monitoring
24x7x365 on site NOC personnel and extensive digital
video surveillance provide complete and continuous
monitoring to ensure maximum reliability and uptime
of all systems.
Physically Secure Environment
Our data center is constructed to control access and
incorporates extensive seismic bracing, the latest
smoke & fire early detection and digital surveillance
systems. We log all activity throughout the facility,
and keycard access is required at all entry and exit
points of the facility.
